Are you insured?
Yes we are fully insured along with public liability insurance
Do I need to be at home?
You don’t have to be at home as we don’t need access to your property. If you are not going to be at home please close all windows, keep any pets indoors and clear the area from any fragile decorations you may have. We do need access to an outside tap though and if this is behind a gate to your garden for example, please leave the gate unlocked for us.
Why should I have it cleaned?
Although our high pressure cleaning will make your area looking atheistically pleasing and like new it is also done for safety and protection and it can also add value to your property too. Driveways and paths can become very slippery when they haven’t been cleaned for a while!
Can I do it myself?
Yes of course you can, but once you get started you will quickly realise how time consuming and messy it can become and once you start it then needs to be finished! Although it may look easy there is actually a lot more to it than meets the eye including health and safety and the possibility of damage not just to your property but also yourself!
How much does the cleaning cost?
Because every job will be different it is difficult to set a price. The cost depends mostly on what needs cleaning as well as the size of the area. We do however provide a free no obligation quotation on every job so you know exactly what the cost will be before any work is carried out.
How long does it take?
As an example, the average semi-detached driveway will take around 1 to 2 hours to complete.
How often should it be cleaned?
We recommend cleaning to be done once every 12-18 months to keep your areas safe, clean and looking like new.
Do you use any cleaning agents?
No we only use water which is safe for the environment, plants, nature and any animals or pets. We care for our planet and so do not use any chemicals, soaps or other cleaning solutions. Our high pressure cleaning machines will get the job done just using plain water and some good old elbow grease!
What payment methods are accepted?
We can accept cash, bank transfer and soon we will have paypal as an option available to use on our website.
What areas do you cover?
We mainly cover Wigan, Bolton and all surrounding areas but we can accommodate anywhere in the North West depending on the location and the size of the job!
